You deserve love and healing. Fight with your body and not against your body. Let go of your body. Allow yourself to rest. Don’t deprive yourself of water or food or nutrients. Show yourself some care. Allow yourself to depend on yourself– no one will take care of you like you do. Speak kindly and with compassion and respect – you are the first one to hear the words that leave your mouth and each statement and thought is an intention. Set the right intentions. Be radical in your trust and love for other people. Allow yourself to be consumed by something that’s healthy for you. Nurture your creativity! Allow yourself to laugh and remember the imagination and child self that still lives in your body and mind! Hug them! Love on them! See them in new light! Let go of your karma. Clean out your physical body baggage and stretch your storage in there away – all those spaces in your muscles and joints and ligaments where you keep that pain – stretch it out! Allow yourself to move freely! And playfully! L E T I T G O !!!!!!
